This 15-hour course is specially targeted at those people who have need to communicate and negotiate commercial deals by telephone or face-to-face.
It consists of a series of real-life scenarios, in which students learn to handle difficult clients and to takeover control of negotiations themselves, discretely and without causing offence to the supplier or client that he is dealing with.
This course has been used by buyers and sales staff in both large and small companies to increase their leverage when dealing with suppliers and clients.
These courses are available for two different levels of English either Intermediate level (CECR level B1) or advanced course (CECR B2 and above). If you are not sure of your level then try out our free level test.
NB As for all our lessons they are recorded on our server and are available, upon request, for the student to see again and again, so that nothing that is learnt needs be forgotten.
